James Schlotzhauer

Mr. Schlotzhauer is a Financial Risk Manager and Advisory specialist with more than twelve years of experience in the financial services industry that serves as a Consultant in SilverBay’s San Francisco office.  

He is skilled at managing multi-million dollar contracts, establishing operational excellence within culturally diverse environments, translating conceptual models into specific growth strategies, and planning/executing business development campaigns designed to improve operating efficiency, gross revenue, and cash management. 

Prior to joining SilverBay, Mr. Scholtzhauer worked at KPMG for over five years most recently as a Manager and represented the firm to Wall Street, as well as international and domestic bankers.  James also has experience with Internal Audit at KPMG and Union Bank.  James earned his MBA from Oklahoma City University (Summa Cum Laude) and his Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University.
